A society management system is software that runs a housing society’s daily administration: maintenance billing and receipts, complaints and their resolution, visitor and notice management, and accounts the committee can hand over. ATPL builds and runs one as its own product — Livified (Society Management System), live at livified.com.

Yes. ATPL builds developer and broker websites around the enquiry: current listings, a way to book a viewing, and a lead that reaches a person quickly, with paid search and social media to bring the right visitors. Design matters, but the enquiry flow is built first.

ATPL loads the flat list, owners, opening dues and the current year’s bills, runs one billing cycle alongside the old spreadsheet, then switches. The committee keeps its existing process; what changes is that the next committee inherits the records instead of a folder of files.

ATPL quotes the Society Management System per society from the number of units and the modules needed, with setup and training included; prices are not published on the site. Send the number of flats and what the committee needs billed and tracked, and ATPL quotes it.
