Technologies · WordPress
WordPress your team can edit safely.
For businesses that publish often and have nobody technical on staff. A custom theme, few plugins and a managed update routine, so the site stays yours to edit and ours to keep patched.

When we choose it, and when we don’t
The honest version
No stack is right for every job. This is the test ATPL applies before recommending it.
We choose WordPress when
- The client’s own staff will add pages, posts and photos every week. The WordPress editor is the one most non-technical people already know.
- The site is content with a few forms, and the budget is modest. A custom theme on managed hosting is the lowest cost per page ATPL offers.
- It is replacing an older WordPress site. Keeping the platform preserves URLs, the editorial habit and the search history while the theme and plugins are rebuilt.
We don’t when
- Anything with business logic: accounts, stock, bookings with rules, reporting. Plugins bolt these on badly; Laravel or a product is the right home.
- A site nobody will maintain. WordPress needs core, theme and plugin updates every month, or it becomes the way the server gets compromised.
- A high-traffic product front where every millisecond matters. Next.js renders faster and has nothing to patch.

How we approach this
Approach
ATPL’s own site ran on WordPress until this Next.js rebuild, and core PHP with WordPress development has been on its service list for years; which client WordPress sites may be named is not yet confirmed.
01
Scoped to one job first, so the first release is small and real.
02
Source code in a repository you control from day one.
03
The same engineers support what they built after launch.

Questions people ask
FAQ
The questions asked before buying, answered plainly. If yours is not here, ask it on the contact page.
Yes, for a content site that the business’s own staff will edit and that carries no business logic. ATPL builds WordPress sites with a custom theme and as few plugins as possible, hosts them on managed servers and runs the monthly updates, because an unmaintained WordPress site is the commonest way a small business gets hacked.
Choose WordPress when the site is mostly pages and posts your team will edit, and the budget is modest. Choose a custom build in Next.js or Laravel when the site must be very fast, carries application logic, or must not depend on plugins. ATPL offers both and prices them side by side.
A WordPress site from ATPL is priced per project from the page list and the design: a custom theme costs more than a bought one and lasts longer. Managed hosting and monthly updates are a separate small retainer. Send the page list and ATPL quotes both the build and the upkeep.
Yes. ATPL takes over existing WordPress sites: a security and plugin audit first, then updates, backups and monitoring on a monthly retainer. Sites with abandoned plugins or a hacked history are cleaned or rebuilt before they go on the retainer.
