One system instead of six spreadsheets.

Stock, orders, customers and accounts in one place that mirrors how the floor actually works — not how a packaged demo thinks it should.

Month-end

Month-end should not be a reconciliation sport

When sales, stock and accounts disagree, the ERP pitch is usually the wrong first move — the floor process is.

Walk through the floor
  • Stock

Sales, stock and accounts disagree every month-end. Someone spends days reconciling them.

  • Accounts

The ERP pitch looked complete. Licence, consultant and customisation cost more than the business.

  • History

Customer history lives in one salesperson’s phone. When they leave, the history leaves too.

How it ships

Enquiry to payment, one module at a time

Master data is agreed before features. The business stays open while modules go live.

  1. module/01

    Enquiry to payment

We walk the path with the people who do it, including the exceptions the spreadsheets were invented to catch.

  2. module/02

    Master data first

Item codes and customer masters are agreed before features. An ERP is only as good as that data.

  3. module/03

    One module live

The most painful module goes live first while the rest of the business keeps running.

  4. module/04

    Train, then extend

Reports, new modules and floor training continue under support once the core is trusted.

Modules that hurt less

Modules for the jobs that hurt

Stock or billing first. CRM on the same database. GST out, Tally in.

  • CRM on the same database

Enquiries, quotes and follow-ups beside orders, so sales sees what was delivered and paid.

  • GST out, Tally in

Invoices that pass GST rules and exports your accountant already opens. The ERP does not try to replace them.

  • The same idea for societies

Residents, maintenance billing and upkeep on one screen — what ATPL’s Society Management System does.

  • Sheets cleaned, then retired

History imported, parallel run agreed, old spreadsheets switched off only when the new system is trusted.

How we work

ATPL has built operations software of this kind, including an ERP implementation and Livified (Society Management System) at livified.com, but has not yet named a client for this page; it is written as method until it can.

Decide the shape

Buy Tally, Zoho, SAP — or build?

We will say which is cheaper for your process in the first conversation.

Build only when your process does not fit theirs. We will say in the first conversation whether Tally plus a small integration, a packaged CRM, or custom software is the cheaper path.

For most small and mid-sized Indian firms, yes. Quotes become orders become dispatches without re-entry. Separate tools make sense once sales clearly outgrows operations.

Cleaning master data, not writing screens. First module typically two to three months; a fuller system six to twelve, with the business open throughout.

No. You own the code. A first module (often stock or billing) starts in the low lakhs; a full system is phased after paid discovery.
