The Society Management System, live as Livified at livified.com, puts a housing society’s operations in one place: the register of flats and residents, monthly maintenance billing with receipts and dues, visitor and gate entry, complaints, notices and facility bookings, and the accounts behind it all. The committee sees dues and expenses without a spreadsheet; residents pay and raise a complaint from their phone. It is built for apartment blocks and gated townships. It is the wrong tool for a builder still selling units, which needs a sales CRM instead.
