Privacy policy
What Aviral Trendz Private Limited collects when you use this website, the contact form, analytics and the brief assistant, and how it is used and protected.

Who we are
This website is published by Aviral Trendz Private Limited (ATPL), CIN U18109GJ2013PTC073627, registered at 235-236, Sai Vittorio Complex, Althan, Surat 395007, Gujarat, India. Privacy questions go to info@aviraltrendzpvtltd.com.
What we collect
We collect only what the page you are using needs.
- The contact form. Your name, work email, company, phone, the intent you chose, the brief you wrote, the page you came from, the time of submission, your IP address and browser type. This is stored on our server and emailed to our team so we can reply.
- The brief assistant (when enabled). The messages you type to it and its replies. The conversation is sent to our AI provider to generate replies and is stored only if you choose to send the brief it produces, in which case the transcript is attached to your enquiry. It is not used to train any model.
- Analytics. Page views and interactions such as menu use and searches, collected without cookies and without identifying you. See the cookie policy.
- Server logs. Standard web server logs: IP address, request path, time and user agent, kept for security and for a short period.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if the work goes ahead, to deliver it.
- To keep the site working, secure and useful, by seeing which pages help people.
- To meet legal obligations under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.
- We do not use advertising cookies or trackers on this site.
Who we share it with
- Email and hosting providers that carry our mail and run our servers, under contracts that limit them to that purpose.
- Our AI provider, for the brief assistant only, to generate its replies.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation or the engagement lasts, and for up to three years afterwards for our records. Server logs are kept for ninety days. Analytics data is aggregated and holds nothing that identifies you.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or object to a use. Write to info@aviraltrendzpvtltd.com; we reply within one business day and act within thirty days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Submissions travel over HTTPS, are stored on servers we control, and are available only to the people who need them to reply. No method is perfectly secure; please do not send passwords or payment details through the form.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes are noted on this page.
