When custom is wrong, who owns the code, and who answers after launch.

When Shopify, Tally or a standard CRM already does nearly everything and the gap is small. We say that in the first call; a short integration often beats a bespoke build.

You do. It lives in a repository you control, with documentation another team could use. We stay because clients ask us to, not because the code is trapped.

A focused first version typically starts in the low lakhs of rupees and takes six to twelve weeks, with a fixed quote per phase after a short paid discovery.
