Launch is the start. We stay.

For businesses that have been left holding software nobody looks after. We monitor it, fix it, update it and extend it under a monthly arrangement, with the engineers who know it.

“We have been working with Aviral Trendz Pvt Ltd for so many years now and are pleased with the results so far. Their solutions drastically cut down our work load and maintenance turnaround time is really impressive.”

Left holding it

Left holding software nobody looks after

Security updates stall, small changes pile up, and the original team is gone.

Hand over a system
  • Agency

The agency that built it has moved on, and small changes now take weeks and a new quote each.

  • Outdated

Plugins, frameworks and PHP versions are years out of date, and the host is threatening to switch it off.

  • Silence

When something breaks there is no number to call, only an email that may be answered.

Stay after launch

Monitor, fix, extend

A monthly arrangement with engineers who know the system — or learn it fast.

  • Security and version updates

Frameworks, plugins, PHP and Node versions kept current on a schedule, tested on staging before they touch live.

  • Monitoring and a phone that is answered

Uptime and error alerts watched by ATPL, and a phone and support address answered Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST.

  • Taking over someone else’s code

A review of the repository, hosting and dependencies, then a plan to stabilise before anything new is built.

  • New features without a new project

Improvements planned from what users ask for, delivered from the same arrangement, the way Ethos has grown since 2013.

Live brief

A monthly arrangement with hours in it

An agreed amount of change work each month for fixes, small changes and questions, reported against, so support is budgeted rather than quoted each time.

How it ships

Review, stabilise, then the rhythm

Month one is honesty about the codebase. After that, steady work.

  1. month/01

    Understand

We read the code, the hosting and the history of outages, and tell you honestly what is fragile and what is fine.

  2. month/02

    Design

A support plan sets the hours, response times and update schedule, and names the engineer who holds the system.

  3. month/03

    Build

The first month stabilises: backups verified, versions updated, monitoring installed and the worst known bugs fixed.

  4. month/04

    Stay

This is the service. Fresspresso has been supported continuously since 2013 and Riser for years; that is the arrangement on offer.

Decide the shape

Support plans

What monthly covers, takeovers from other vendors, and response hours.

ATPL quotes maintenance as a monthly arrangement sized to the system, covering monitoring, scheduled updates and an agreed amount of change work; a small website is the smallest plan and a multi-outlet platform the largest. Larger changes are quoted separately.

Yes. ATPL starts with a review of the code, hosting and dependencies, stabilises the system in the first month, and then supports it under the same monthly arrangement as its own builds; most takeovers are WordPress, Laravel or PHP applications.

Response times are written into each support plan by severity, and the support line and address are answered Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST; arrangements for systems that run outside those hours are agreed in the plan.

Since 2013. Fresspresso Hospitality has been supported continuously since Ethos went live at its first four outlets in June 2013, and the chain now runs 50+ cafés on it; Riser has been a client for years across website and server management.
